Digital Products – No Refund Policy
All products sold on www.ecognise.com are digital downloads (PDF reports). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
This policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw from the contract.
